We found the Habit several years ago…

We found the Habit several years ago and have never had a bad experience!. We not only enjoy the staff, cleanliness, and service but the food is always PERFECTION!!.

West vs East.

I like My Habit and have been a customer for several years and I have no problems with their ability to deliver or exchange merchandise. However, the sun rises in the East, and My Habit sales starts in the West where most of the inexpensive things are all gone by the time the sale starts in the East. My Habit needs to fluctuate between the East and the West coast, by allowing the East to get first shot at the sales. There is no fairness in this area.

Red Valentino Black Boots with Ivory Bow

I bought a pair of Red Valentino boots from Myhabit. I expected them to be packaged with new designer box; however, I was sadly disappointed to see an old used Red Valentino box with used boots and no dust bag. The boots run small. I ordered a 7, I am a 6 1/2. I don't believe the the boots are authentic. I will never order from Myhabit or Amazon again. I learned my lesson at a high price for trying to get designer brand for less. Beware!

They don't even know how to track their own sales

MYHABIT may seem like good deals but they're shipping method is horrible. Their site gives you an estimated delivery date, but they us USPS which we all know hasn't a clue what they are doing so you never know when an item will arrive. To make matters worse, MYHABIT can't even tell you if your order will be signature required. So you have one tracking saying it should be there the very day you check, but USPS still says all they have is pre-shipping info. I also have concern are these high end garments really authentic are they knockoffs from who knows where!

Another "shipping address undeliverable

I don't understand how receiving my packages fron MyHabit went from great to unacceptable. Yesterday I wrote a review because a coat that I was waiting for was returned to sender stating that my address was undeliverable yet I received 4 packages from MyHabit in February at this address. Then today I check my orders and another package was returned for the same reason. I'm going to cut my losses and stop wasting my time looking at their site and buying stuff because it never gets delivered now. Get rid of that carrier MyHabit or you're going to lose a lot more loyal customers.

Overpriced earrings

Received a pair of earrings shipped in plastic bags inside a lightly padded envelope. One of the posts were broken, the other one bent. Customer service was great and gave me an immediate refund. I was told to keep or toss the earrings. I took them to an appraiser, who valued them as custom jewelry at about $20.00 a pair. I paid $29.00 plus tax and shipping. According to the website the earrings were reduced in price from somewhere between $150.00 and $200.00. I can't remember the exact price.
Based on this onetime experience, I can not recommend this website.

Seriously?

Ordered several items- mostly jewelry - all arrived separately. So far gold bracelet looked nothing like picture. Second, " sworski" necklace was 6 inches shorter than length described I could only wear it as a choker. It was supposed to be a long jewel chain. It was so thin and cheap, I could not even find it when I set it on my counter. What's up with this, poor customer service folks. You can reach someone but will get timed out fast and have to restart over explaining situation. Shame on them for selling such fake merchandise!

Terrible, Anti-Consumer Return Policies

This company exists only to nickel and dime you. Some items are not allowed to be refunded or exchanged.

Even if you find an item that is eligible for exchange, the timeframe is very narrow and limited.

Then if you happen to qualify for a refund at this point, MyHabit does not issue true refunds -- I can only obtain store credit.

Don't support this company or its deceptive, anti-consumer policies.

Best flash sale site

MyHabit has been an incredible site to shop. The selection is phenomenal and the prices are usually the best I can find online. They are owned by Amazon so I have extra faith in their reliability. Additionally, their shipping is best in industry since it is an Amazon company.

Disappointed

Have been a my habit buyer from the beginning. They sent an item with a track number to my business where everything is shipped and it states delivered. Well i never got anything and contacted my UPS driver with the track number and the address was not even mine or the name on the package as he verified. They stated clearly a mistake on My Habit part so I contacted them and they say check with the post office. They gave a refund on the shipping but that's not the problem where is the package and that track number was not for me at all. The shipping is nothing I am out of money and have no merchandise. Losing a good customer like my UPS driver said average 4 items weekly.

I have read several responses from folks who purchased "name brand" items and were disappointed to learn that they were copies.

I did not purchase bags from them. I did purchase a Burberry scarf from them in the summer. Just take a close look tonight and realize it is fake. I paid almost $300 for it and can't believe it is fake. Should bought it from Nordstorm.

Hi. How can you even talk to someone in customer service. Their website is a joke, as far as contacting customer service. I have tried for a total of four days! Nothing! Thanks

Please describe your problem and they Will give you some choices. Amazon and My habit do not have a regular Staff. They hire different people who answer The phones and you can choose Chat Call back now Email. After I chose call back they called me Right away. I decided not to use My habit any more Though it is a very good sight There are few reasons and one of the reasons That there are no reviews on site. The sakes are very good and in couple of times Dealing with do called Customer Service You will be able to handle it. Nella k

Click on contact us button, choose my issue is not listed, and you will find options for phone rep with a little button asking for when you want the call. Put your phone number and ask to called in 5 minutes. Their computer will call you and will ask that you hold on for a while. Live customer service person takes over. Best of luck!

Hi Patty. I got someone on the line but I just want to put it out there the facts regarding return policy. Make sure you have the right phone number and order number with you when you call. I just don't think it's fair not be able to return the item when it still has a tag on and never worn. 14 day window to return the item is really short. I do like the thins I can buy through them, brand things with discount prices.

No - these are not knock offs. They are the end of the season, end of the catalog types of clothes. They probably buy up the stock from department stores or from designers when they want to clear the shelves. They may also contain returns, so be careful when you buy items that are not returnable.

Just wondering if anyone has ordered a designer brand handbag from MYHABIT, and if so did it come with the dust bag?

I ordered handbags from them before, and they came fully packaged with dust bags and documentation. Is there a specific brand you are asking about?
